These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Mystery Shopper Test, a service of Brain Art LLC operating as Tellet.net. By buying or using the test, you agree to these Terms.
What the service is
The Mystery Shopper Test is a diagnostic. We place a small number of automated mystery-shopper calls (around 20) to a business phone line you provide, over roughly seven days, only during the open hours you give us. We then deliver a report showing when calls were missed, your own call recordings, and a labelled dollar estimate of the leak based on the customer value you provide.
Diagnosis only; no guaranteed outcome
The test measures your current call handling. It is not advice, and it is not a promise of any business result, revenue, or income. Any dollar figure we show is a sample-based estimate of current losses, not a forecast. You are responsible for what you do with the findings.
Your authorization for the calls
By submitting the setup form you represent that you own or control the business phone line you provide, and you authorize us to place and record a small number of mystery-shopper calls to that line during the hours you specify. You are responsible for the accuracy of the number and hours you give us. We will not call any other number.
Payment, tiers and upgrades
- The test is a one-time payment, processed by Stripe. Prices are shown on the site in US dollars.
- The standard test and the Test + Front-Desk Quality test are offered at their listed prices. After buying the standard test you may upgrade to add the Front-Desk Quality test for the difference in price.
- Your purchase confirms your order; we begin your test as described below.
Delivery
We begin your test within 24 hours of receiving your completed setup form, and deliver your report and recordings after the calling window. We may only run one active test per phone number at a time.
Refunds
Our guarantee is delivery: if we do not deliver your report and recordings, you get a full refund. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service unlawfully, to provide a number you are not authorized to have tested, or to interfere with or misuse the service. We may decline or cancel an order we believe is fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive, and refund it.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brain Art LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute that is not resolved informally.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change when we do.
