Our guarantee is simple: you get your completed test, your call recordings, and your report, or you get your money back.
Our delivery guarantee
If we do not deliver your report and your call recordings, we will issue a full refund. This applies to both the standard test and the Test + Front-Desk Quality test, including the upgrade.
Once your test is delivered
Because this is a diagnostic that uses real calls and produces your own recordings and report, once we have delivered those deliverables the work is complete and the payment is non-refundable. The guarantee covers delivery, not the findings: a result that shows your phone is handled well is still a valid, delivered result.
Before your test starts
If you have paid but your test has not started yet, contact us and we will cancel and refund it in full.
How to request a refund
Email support@tellet.net from the address you used to order, and tell us your business name. If we did not deliver, we will refund you to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days.
Upgrades
The $50 Front-Desk Quality upgrade follows the same guarantee: if we do not deliver the front-desk portion of your report, the upgrade is refunded.
Chargebacks
If you believe you are owed a refund, please contact us first; we are quick to make it right. Filing a chargeback without contacting us delays resolution for everyone.
