This Privacy Policy explains what information Brain Art LLC ("we", "us"), operating Tellet.net and the Mystery Shopper Test, collects when you visit this site or buy a test, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Who we are
The Mystery Shopper Test is a service of Brain Art LLC, a Delaware company at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States, operating under the brand Tellet.net. You can reach us at support@tellet.net.
Information we collect
- Order and contact details: your email address, and the tier you purchased.
- Test setup details you give us: your business phone number, opening hours, time zone, an estimate of what one new customer is worth to you, and (on the Front-Desk Quality test) the tricky questions you want your front desk tested on.
- Business lookup data: if you use "Find my business on Google", we read your business name, address, phone, opening hours and location from Google to pre-fill the form. You can edit anything before submitting.
- Payment information: handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; we receive a payment confirmation, a Stripe customer and payment reference, and the amount.
- Call recordings: recordings of the mystery-shopper calls we place to your business line as part of the test, which we deliver back to you.
- Usage and device data: standard analytics and advertising signals (for example via the Meta Pixel, when enabled) such as pages viewed and a purchase event, used to measure and improve our ads.
How we use your information
- To deliver the test: place the calls during your stated hours, produce your report and recordings, and email them to you.
- To process your payment and any upgrade, and to send you your setup link and confirmations.
- To provide support and respond to your questions.
- To measure, attribute and improve our advertising and the site.
- To meet legal, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations.
How calls and recordings work
By submitting the setup form you authorize us to place a small number of automated mystery-shopper calls to the business phone line you provide, which you confirm you own or control, during the hours you give us. We record these calls to grade and return them to you as part of the diagnostic. We do not place calls to any number other than the one you authorize.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the test, and only for that purpose:
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Airtable: secure storage of your order and setup details.
- Resend: sending your confirmation and setup emails.
- Google Maps Platform: only if you use the business finder, to look up your business details.
- Meta: advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel, when enabled.
- Our voice/telephony platform: to place the test calls and produce recordings.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Data retention
We keep your call recordings and setup details for up to 12 months after your test, and your order and payment records for as long as we are required to for legal and accounting reasons, after which we delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@tellet.net. You can opt out of ad measurement using your browser and device settings and your Meta ad preferences.
Children
This is a service for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "last updated" date above when we do.
